What is NoCom?
NoCom is a used car & bike marketplace that connects you directly with identity-verified owners — no brokers, no commission. Every seller clears an Aadhaar eKYC through DigiLocker, and their RC owner name has to match before a vehicle can go live, so you always know exactly who's on the other side.
Buying a used car in India is a broker's game
The listing says “owner sale”. The number belongs to an agent. The price has a cut baked in, and nobody ever checks whose name is actually on the RC.

You can only list a car whose RC owner name matches your Aadhaar-verified name. Brokers can't pass that check — owners pass it in under a minute.
Aadhaar-verified owners only
Every seller clears an Aadhaar OTP eKYC before they can list. The name on the profile is the name on the Aadhaar — not a nickname a broker typed in.
RC name must match the seller
At listing time we pull the RC owner name and match it against the verified Aadhaar name. Mismatch means the listing is rejected. That single rule removes brokers.

Is NoCom free for sellers?
Yes. Listing a vehicle is free and you keep 100% of the sale price. NoCom never takes a cut of the transaction. The NoCom Plus subscription sits on the buyer's side and unlocks direct contact across every listing — not per car. We'll announce what it costs at launch; waitlist members get their first month free.
Why do you need my Aadhaar?
Only to confirm you are a real person and to read your legal name, which we then match against the RC owner name when you list a vehicle. That match is the whole reason brokers can't operate here. The Aadhaar number itself is used for the lookup and is never stored.
What if the RC is in my father's or spouse's name?
Our name matcher handles the common real-world cases — initials, reversed word order, titles, S/O · D/O · W/O suffixes and small spelling differences. If it still can't match, the listing goes to manual admin review rather than being silently rejected.
How is this different from OLX, where listing is already free?
Free listing is exactly why OLX is full of brokers and reposts. NoCom charges nothing on the deal either, but it puts a hard gate in front of listing: verified identity plus an RC ownership match. You give up the ability to post anonymously, and you get a feed of only genuine owners in return.
