Acceptance

By creating an account or using NoCom you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What NoCom is

NoCom is a platform that connects identity-verified vehicle owners with buyers directly — no brokers. NoCom is not a party to any sale. The transaction — price, payment for the vehicle, inspection, transfer and delivery — is entirely between the buyer and the seller.

No guarantee of vehicle authenticity or condition

Although we verify the seller's identity and RC ownership, NoCom does NOT verify the mechanical condition, accident history, mileage accuracy, modifications, service history, or legal status of any vehicle. RC verification confirms who owns the vehicle — it does not guarantee the vehicle is genuine or in good condition. Buyers should conduct their own inspection, and verify all original documents, before purchasing.

Eligibility and verification

You must be 18 or older and verify your identity via DigiLocker to sell. You may only list a vehicle whose Registration Certificate (RC) owner name matches your verified name.

Prohibited listings

You may not list:

stolen vehicles;

vehicles with forged or tampered documents;

vehicles you do not own or are not authorized to sell;

duplicate listings for the same vehicle;

misleading, stock, or misrepresented photos.

Providing false information is prohibited and may be reported to the authorities.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

NoCom has ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. By creating an account you agree not to post, upload, or transmit any content, and not to behave, in any of the following ways:

harassment, threats, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination;

sexually explicit, obscene, violent, or otherwise offensive content;

content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, or promotes illegal activity;

scams, fraud, impersonation, or spam;

any content or conduct a reasonable person would find objectionable.

Every listing has a Report option, you can report an abusive user, and you can block a user so their content is hidden from you and they can no longer contact you. We review reports and act on objectionable content and abusive users — by removing the content and/or suspending or banning the account — within 24 hours. Users who post objectionable content or abuse others will be removed from NoCom.

Payments and pricing

Listing a vehicle on NoCom is free. To view a verified owner's contact details, buyers purchase a Contact Access Pass:

₹49 — verified owner contact access for 1 day;

₹149 — unlimited verified owner contacts for 14 days;

₹299 — unlimited verified owner contacts for 30 days.

One active pass unlocks every verified owner's contact for its duration. Prices are shown before you pay and are processed by Razorpay. These fees are for access to the platform — they are not a commission on the sale, and NoCom takes no cut of the price you agree with the other party.

Refunds

Contact Access Pass fees are non-refundable once you have unlocked any seller's contact information — the paid feature has been delivered at that point. Except where required by law, platform fees are non-refundable.

Your responsibilities

Sellers: list only vehicles you own, describe them honestly, and keep your details accurate.

Buyers: inspect the vehicle and verify original documents yourself before paying the seller. Never pay for a vehicle without seeing it.

Everyone: no fraud, harassment, spam, or unlawful use.

Communication between users

Buyers contact sellers directly by phone, WhatsApp or in-app chat. NoCom is not responsible for, and does not monitor, the conversations, negotiations, meetings, or agreements between buyers and sellers.

Safety

For your safety, always meet in a safe public place, inspect the vehicle in person, and verify all original documents before completing any transaction or making any payment to the other party.

Reporting fraud

If you suspect fraud, impersonation, a forged document, or any suspicious activity, report it immediately using the in-app report option or by contacting us at support@nocom.app. Prompt reporting helps keep NoCom safe for everyone.

Right to remove listings and suspend accounts

NoCom may remove any listing, or suspend or terminate any account, that violates these Terms, without prior notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts for, among other things:

fake or fraudulent KYC;

abuse, harassment or spam;

fraud or impersonation;

payment chargebacks; or

any illegal activity.

Intellectual property

The NoCom name, logo, and software are owned by NoCom. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute them without our prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

NoCom provides the platform “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the condition, authenticity, legality or outcome of any vehicle transaction, or for dealings between users. Your remedy for a bad transaction is with the other party.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
